Terms and Conditions of sale

1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the Rogue Stitch Design Canada online store ("Store").

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to both consumers and business customers unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. PRODUCTS

Every Rogue Stitch product is made to order after your purchase.

2.2
Product images are created for illustration purposes. Due to different monitor settings and the production process, slight variations in color, print placement, or garment size may occur.

Product specifications, sizing information and care instructions are available on each product page.

3. PRICING

3.1
All prices shown in the Store are displayed in the selected store currency.

3.2
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Orders already placed will always be charged at the price shown during checkout.

3.4 

Taxes and Customs Duties: Prices shown do not include local import duties, customs fees, or tariffs that may apply in the destination country. For shipments within Canada and the US, items are typically fulfilled locally by our production partners; however, if international shipping applies, any potential customs charges or import taxes are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

4.1
Orders are processed after full payment has been successfully received.

4.2
Payments are securely processed using the payment methods available during checkout.

If an item cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the Buyer will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.

4.4
Payment Service Provider: All credit card payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card details.

5. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

5.1
Every Rogue Stitch product is manufactured on demand by our trusted production partner after an order has been placed.

5.2
Orders are fulfilled at the production facility closest to the customer's delivery address whenever possible.

Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 4–10 Business Days
United States: 4–10 Business Days
Europe: 7–14 Business Days
International: 10–20 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during holidays, customs clearance, weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping costs depend on destination and selected shipping method.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

6.1
Because every product is made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
  • ordering the wrong size
  • changing your mind
  • personal preference
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

6.2
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Approved claims will receive a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Rogue Stitch will replace the product or issue a full refund.
Normal wear, improper washing or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

8. GARMENT CARE

To keep your print looking its best:

 • Wash inside out

 • Machine wash cold (30°C)

 • Use mild detergent

 • Do not bleach

 • Do not tumble dry

 • Do not iron directly on the printed design

 • Air drying is recommended


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All custom graphic designs, logos, prints, and content displayed in this Store are the exclusive property of OÜ Rogue Stitch Design. Unlawful reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rogue Stitch shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • shipping carrier delays
  • customs inspections
  • severe weather
  • natural disasters
  • production interruptions
11. PRIVACY

Customer information is used solely for order processing, shipping and customer support in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Seller's registered business, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country provide otherwise.
